HAAVAA Referral Challenge — Terms

Qualified referral. A referral only counts once the referred user registers via your referral link/code, verifies their phone number, completes their profile, and completes at least one qualifying action (e.g. creating a legitimate listing or submitting a rental request), and passes HAAVAA's anti-fraud review.

Points. HAAVAA Points are an internal rewards currency. Points cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another user, or sold, and may only be used toward eligible HAAVAA listing fees at rates set by HAAVAA.

Monthly competition. Cash prizes for the top 3 referrers each month are subject to anti-fraud review and admin approval before payment. HAAVAA may disqualify any participant found to have used fake accounts, self-referrals, or other abusive tactics.

Tie-breaking. Ties are broken first by earliest time the tied qualified-referral count was reached, and if still tied, by account creation date (earlier wins). Winners are never changed once a competition has closed and been approved.

HAAVAA's rights. HAAVAA may investigate any account at any time, and may close, pause or modify this promotion without affecting normal marketplace functionality.
