HAAVAA User Agreement

By creating a HAAVAA account you agree to use the platform honestly and lawfully.

1. What HAAVAA is. HAAVAA is a marketplace that connects people in the Maldives to rent, lend, buy, sell and request items, rooms and apartments. HAAVAA charges a listing/exposure fee for certain listing types; HAAVAA is not a party to the underlying rental or sale between users.

2. Your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity on your account. You may use a public nickname instead of your legal name on public listings and profiles, but HAAVAA always retains your verified account identity internally for safety and legal compliance.

3. Payments. Paid listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is approved and published, except where HAAVAA determines in its discretion that a refund is warranted.

4. Conduct. You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading or illegal listings, manipulate reviews, or attempt to circumvent HAAVAA's security, pricing or approval systems.

5. No transaction guarantee. HAAVAA facilitates connections between users. HAAVAA does not guarantee the condition of items, the conduct of other users, or the outcome of any rental or sale.
