HAAVAA Rental Agreement

This agreement applies between the owner/lender and the renter for a specific rental transaction facilitated through HAAVAA.

1. The renter agrees to return the item in the condition it was received, by the agreed return date.

2. The owner agrees to provide an item that matches its listing description.

3. Any damage, loss, late return or payment dispute is between the owner and renter. HAAVAA may assist with dispute resolution but does not guarantee any outcome.

4. Both parties agree to leave an honest review after the transaction is completed.
